IC Innovations has been importing for over 10 years and have substantial experience in the logistics required to meet the most demanding customer requirements, with our global supply chain managing products from cradle to grave.

We operate sea freight services from all major China ports, and our Shanghai buying office can offer FOB Far East shipments, multi supplier consolidation and DC bypass. We can offer air freight services for urgent product shipments to meet critical launch dates or for price establishment stock. Samples shipments can be door to door in less than 48 hours.

Domestic UK & European orders are dispatched from our 2 centrally located Distribution Centres. Our customs bonded Nottingham site handles all our bulk deliveries. Our Derby site handles smaller orders and offers a full UK pack-off service for complicated and multi-component assembly products, and re-work facilities for clip strip loading, bespoke labelling and pre-pricing if required:

• Ability to ship 2,500 orders per week
• Next day B2B shipments on cartons, pallets and full truck loads
